Return And Refund Policy
Returns with Memento are available within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to the return conditions below.
All you need to do is contact our Customer Service team through the website or via WhatsApp.
Return Conditions:

If the product is defective or there is an error on Memento part, Memento will bear all costs, including shipping the replacement product according to the original order.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and carton provided.

Returns are not accepted if the defect appears due to misuse, improper handling, or lack of proper care by the customer.

Completing a purchase means the customer has read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms.

There is no exchange, and returns are accepted only if the return conditions are met, as the product is custom-made.

If a request for modification or order cancellation is made after the order status becomes “In Progress”, it cannot be executed.
In case of order cancellation or refund, your request will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be transferred to your account.
